The Setup Tee in Green (the distinctive Petronas green) is a technical piece designed specifically for the team's comfort during pit preparations and training.

Unlike the race jersey, the Setup Tee is designed to be worn for many hours, balancing technicality with a softer feel.

Fabric Composition

The official version made by Puma generally uses:

100% Polyester: A fine-grained, extremely lightweight synthetic knit.

Wicking Finish: The fabric is treated to quickly absorb moisture. Unlike cotton, which retains sweat and becomes heavy, this polyester remains lightweight even in high temperatures.

Style Features

Extremely Lightweight: It is often the lightest piece in the Teamwear line, barely noticeable when worn.

Breathability: The polyester weave is slightly more open than a standard t-shirt, allowing air to circulate (often referred to as a micro-mesh structure).

Technical tip: To preserve the bright green color and the integrity of the logos, always wash it inside out and do not exceed 30°C. Polyester dries in just a few minutes in the open air, so the dryer is completely unnecessary (and risky for the prints).

Printed Logos: As with the entire Performance line, sponsor logos are applied using rubberized or heat-transfer printing to maintain the fabric's elasticity.

Base Color: A vibrant Petronas green (Tiffany-like), which helps immediately identify team personnel in the paddock.
